I would like to put my music on it via Bluetooth, the normal way with the cable is working fine.
I saw this possibility with an older iPod touch and an older macbook air....
I’ve seen wired and Wi-Fi used for that, but not Bluetooth.
Via Wi-Fi: Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod using your computer - Apple Support
Subscriptions to Apple Music and iTunes Match also allow sync via iCloud.
Via iCloud: Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music - Apple Support

That pairing is not supported, as stated in the error message.
What sort of connection or configuration or transfer are you here trying to establish via Bluetooth?
