I have a Canon Printer TS3522. I am having trouble connecting my printer to my phone and iPad. If phone is connected the iPad is not. How do I solve this?

I am having trouble connecting my printer, Canon TS3522, to my iPhone and iPad. If one is connected the other is not. How do I get them to both be connected at the same time?

iPad Air, iOS 12

The status of the Canon TS3522 appears to be a bit unclear as far as AirPrint printing is concerned. The TS3522 is not listed in About AirPrint - Apple Support.


Are you using a Wi-Fi router? That is, not a direct connection iPhone/iPad to printer.


Have you possibly tested the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app (for iOS/iPadOS) with this printer?
