Truphone cellular for Apple Watch family plan keeps dropping cellular

We are using truphone as a cellular service carrier for a “family plan” Apple Watch SE. everyday my son has a “red x” and it appears our cellular is being dropped or disconnected. Any suggestions how to minimize this?

Dual SIM WatchOS 9 - no badge to distinguish which cellular line is called Hi, When I receive calls on my iPhone with DUAL SIM a little badge (in my case "P" for private and "B" for business) is shown that tells me which cellular line is called. Watch Ultra shows No Sim \ No connection \ Not in use After the update to watchOS 9.0.1 my Ultra watch shows the following info under Mobile Service: Plan - No Sim Status - No Connection And in the Watch App it shows my Vodafone plan under the label NOT IN USE. I mention that the watch worked just fine before the update, I tried the following but nothing works: Restart watch Restart Phone Removed provider plan Add new plan (the provider confirmed the second plan is active) Restart both devices a couple of times. If anyone has any ideas or knows how to fix this issue please help! Thanks!
