Hi. I must've pressed something wrong on my screen because each time I tap an app on my iPad a list of options of things I can do in the app show up - like a mini menu - instead of the app just opening. Can anybody help me reverse this?

We understand that when tapping on an app to launch it, you are instead being presented with the quick actions menu.
Typically this menu comes up when you touch and hold on the app icon, even briefly. Let’s try to adjust that sensitivity a bit in Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Touch Accommodations. Turn on Hold Duration and it may default to 0.10 seconds. Try to make that a little longer by tapping the plus. Then test launching apps again and see if that makes a difference for you. Adjust how iPad responds to your touch
