Wifi connectivity issue

Hello, I think that IOS 15.2 may have an issue with connecting my IPhone to wifi, I tried to restart, but the issue still persists, I wonder if anyone encountered the same issue, thanks.

Is it a single WiFi network or multiple it cannot connect to?

Have you tried Reset Network Settings on the iPhone? See https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204051

I have done everything I know to do including resetting network settings the little icon for the Wi-Fi is not even there. My iPad is connected I watch TV on it with Roku streaming so I know it’s not the Wifi router - I rebooted that as well. The issue started after I did the 15 update. Seems to be having a problem regardless of Wi-Fi or just data connection. Sometimes it’s there but it’s spotty.
