I cannot install windows migration assistant in my macbook

Windows Migration Assistant v2.4.0.0 (Monterey) cannot be installed

MacBook Pro (2020 and later)

It appears you are trying to install that app on your Mac. You install and use the Windows migration assistant on the PC you are getting data from. On the Mac you just use the Migrations assistant that is in the Migration assistant on the Mac. See:
