When someone rings my Logitech Circle View Doorbell I don't get a notification on my iPhone when I'm away from home

Notifications work properly through HomeKit, as long as I'm home and connected to my WiFi network. But when I'm away and/or on cellular I don't get any notifications at all when someone rings my Logitech Circle View Doorbell.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

I suggest that you contact Logitech support team about that. They should be able to give you the appropriate answer.
