That's definitely unexpected behavior, iPhoneSe21. We're not able to say why your Gmail account would have the same Notes unless you emailed them to yourself or another address, perhaps? Either way, locking your Notes app or individual notes would be a good way to assure that the contents remain safe and only accessible to you.

For unusual behavior without a clear cause, it can help to perform some upkeep on your device by taking the following steps: restart your iPhone, make sure it is up to date and close the Notes & Mail app and reopen them.

2. Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

3. Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch

It is extremely unlikely that someone would be able to remotely access your device unless you shared some of the content with them, like with Notes explained previously, or other apps.
