Fully Charged Iphone 5SE suddenly started turning off

OK my wife has a first gen SE that has suddenly started turning off on a random basis & it's showing 90+% charged.

I have done a hard reboot three times & have yet to get it to become stable. When it's up - everything works - stays up until it hits sleep mode - once in sleep mode it will not wake up without a Hard Reboot.
