Trouble with Boot Camp and MacOS Monterey

Anyone know the new way to install Window using Boot Camp Assistant in MacOS X Monterey? I ideally want to install Windows 11 but I also have a copy of Windows 10 I'll be fine with. I have both .ISO files and tried Windows 11 first on a 250GB. partition but when I make in .ISO file the Boot Camp installer runs fine except when my MacBook restarts I see the Window splash screen then nothing else (I also usually have to reset the SMC). When I run the Windows 10 .ISO file through Boot Camp Assistant I get a .ISO incompatible message. Any ideas, thanks!
