The alarms are now going off every single morning at 6am and not stopping. They don’t appear in Clock so I can’t delete them. I tried resetting my settings but nothing happened.
it’s not set in my health app or wake/sleep app.

I’ve got a 12 Pro Max and have never had that issue. Only other thing you could try since you’ve already Reset All Settings would be to restore the phone using a computer and set it up as new.
If the issue’s still happening after new setup, then definitely an issue with the software for your particular model, just find it unlikely.

Very odd problem you seem to be having. Let me ask, have you verified your phone is fully up to date?
If the phone is fully updated, do you know how much storage capacity you currently have available?
I updated my software and have plenty of space for memory
this isn’t a new problem for this phone according to multiple complaints online over the past couple years. However; no one yet has come up with a valid solution
