MacBook Air M1 camera getting disabled (No camera available, To use FaceTime connect a camera)

I am using MacBook Air M1 and it seems my camera disables itself even though all apps (zoom, teams, Webex) have access to the camera. Only way to bring it back is to reboot the laptop. I have screen time disabled. I am running MacOS12.1. It's annoying having to reboot the laptop every time I want to use FaceTime someone.

Found the solution to my problem. It was my internet security software which I had recently installed causing issues. I blocked web cam access when I installed that software and for some reason that was resulting in my webcam not working on FaceTime, Zoom, Teams and WebEx.
