Can’t add vaccines QR code to Wallet
When I point my camera to the vaccine code the phone keeps taking me to the apple.com’s Health app page instead of opening the Health app where I can add my vaccine card to wallet

The code is correct. I tried and was able to add it on my other phone. Both phones have iOS 15.1. Did some more digging and found an article on CNET which said it requires 15.2. Gave it a shot by upgrading the iOS, and voila! It solved the problem. Why did it work on one phone but not the other with the same iOS 15.1? Dunno.
