Strange notification from Homepod

It means you asked the livingroom HomePod to make (or receive) a phone call. If it wasn’t you it might be concerning but can only make or receive calls with your iPhone.

There’s a way to disable the notifications in the home app- home settings - your name- personal requests- activity notifications

It’s a new feature on iOS 15.2. I was getting too many notifications and turned it off. If I was living with others I’d keep it on because they could have Siri read your messages and mess around with things. It’s a security feature. Something Apple is good at!
