Websites not completely loading in UAE for 4g/5g networks

Hi folks, I am facing a very weird issue on safari on ios 15 and above versions on iphone. So with the latest ios 15 release hide ip from trackers option is enabled by default on safari. Some websites are not completely opening on safari for 4g/5g networks in UAE but works fine on WIFI network there. Also more weird thing is both these website work completely fine on all network types in India. There were total 6 trackers running on the site. I had disabled all of them but still was facing the same issue in UAE. Site is not completely loaded but is stuck halfway through loading. No assets like images etc are loading up. 5g connection network type is etisalat for UAE. If I disable hide ip from trackers option these sites do load up though in UAE.

Looks to me an issue with network type + safari.

Any ideas?
