Multiple contacts from several sources

I need to have contacts linked because I use my phone to manage several accounts: Google, Apple, and Outlook. Some contacts appear in one account. But not others and some belong in all accounts. So now I have 3-4 of everyone. I can’t just turn off an account, I need people out of each one, and I can’t link these cards manually, there are hundreds.

Is there a way to merge or link in bulk on a phone? Because this doesn’t happen on my Mac Mini
