Stuck on a globe
Hi! I tried to reset my computer back to factory settings and now I’m stuck on a globe with my WiFi under. I’ve tried following multiple guides, but nothing works, please help me:)

It looks like you're trying to start a Mac in recovery mode but it's stuck on the globe icon. We're happy to offer some guidance.
If the computer will not continue to the recovery menu after selecting your Wi-Fi network, you can try the steps under the "If you can't start up from macOS Recovery" section here: About macOS Recovery on Intel-based Mac computers
If it still won't start in recovery after that, we'd recommend contacting Apple for assistance: Get Support
