HBO Max on AppleTV 3d Generation
I have an AppleTV A1469 EMC 2633. On the menu I have Netflix and Amazon Prime available, among others. HBO Max is not there. Neither Disney+. Is there a way to include these? (Theres no App Store in the Apple TV)

No, Neither HBO does not support the Apple TV 3 for HBO Max. The same holds true with Disney +. If you want either or both it is time to upgrade to an Apple TV 4K.
