Try double tapping on the screen with 3 fingers. If that doesn't work, try a forced restart.

• Press and hold the side button.

• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.

Double-tap with three fingers, and see if that resets the screen zoom.

Failing that, remove any protective case in use, and quick press on volume up, quick press on volume down, and then press and hold the side button until the iPhone restarts.

So your iPhone is not locked in screen zoom as discussed above, but rather is locked with a passcode you don’t know?

If so, restarting won’t bypass the passcode.

Your issue is different, with a different procedure.
