Apple Wallet not syncing on iPhone 13 with ipad

Hello, I just received a new phone this week and put in my new credit card for apple pay/wallet. Now the credit card on my iPad is not working. I have updated the card several times on the iPad and it won't take it. Any suggestions. I keep on getting an error about family sharing and cannot locate when to fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
