Silent Switch

Has anyone experienced their silent switch (on the side of their iPhone13pro) switching to the silent position when untouched. This is happening to me on a daily basis and I’m sure that I haven’t touched it. It’s never happened with any of my other iPhone’s in the past 10 years.

Hey spider.fleishman,

I currently have one of the iPhone 13’s, and I’ve never experienced any issues like that, but if I did this is what I would to do see if it would resolve itself.

I would first restart my iPhone. To restart, use this link to help: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201559

If restarting doesn’t seem to help it, I’d bring it into the nearest Apple Genius Bar and they can further help with your issue, or help with a repair.
