My MacBook Pro is lagging, Slow, Lag, slowing, Freezes
Computer illiterate man with a Toshiba was told in late 2014 to early 2015 at an apple store in Orlando that Apples would not get "gummed up" like my pc, as they could continually be updated and would last. Hence the price difference. Over that year I bought a Mac book pro (mid 2012, 13 inch) this was my personal entertainment computer, an Imac (late 2013, 27 inch) that the company i work for bought me, only used for submitting bids to local municipalities (microsoft office and acrobat) , an iphone 6s (calls, texts, and occasionaly camera, no real use of apps), a gen 3 apple TV box.
Well my Iphone now drops calls and does not get reception in rooms that everyone else does, and people can not hear be that well. My apple tv will not update to be compatible with youtube and freezes up, my macbook is super slow and "gummed up" My work computer, the imac, lags, freezes and is SO SLOW it's getting hard to deal with. It is beyond tolerable. When I called apple support, the girl just laughed and said "Yeah, a computer/phone/cable box that old is just going to do that. They all will. If it makes it ten years just throw it away and buy a new one. Sooo, double the price of its competitors, to not deliver on the feature that I was told makes them better and more expensive. Sorry for the rant , just financially tight right now and not liking what i'm facing. Any suggestions?
