I am not able to connect my Ducky one 2 SF mechanical keyboard to my IPAD pro 10.5 / iPhone 12. How to achieve this?

I am using a brand new lightening to USB-C type cable but neither of the aforementioned apple devices are recognising the mechanical keyboard. I really wanted to use my Ducky Keyboard with my iPAD. Please help!

Hello Vineetshilpa,

We understand you're looking to use a keyboard with your iPhone and iPad. Based on what you've described it is likely that the keyboard you're using is not compatible with your Apple devices. We recommend contacting the keyboard manufacturer for more details on compatibility should the need arise.

Best regards.
