Refund Request

Hi, I requested refunds for several orders that I didn’t mean to buy, but they were denied for twice. And I am unable to submit the refund requests again now. I was just trying to charge one gift pack, but it got stuck on the charge screen and kept spinning around. I checked my internet, it worked fine. I thought I hadn't paid successfully because it didn't pop up a window indicating that my payment was successful. I tried the same thing several times at that time and none of them showed success. I had no idea that it had double charged me so many times until I checked my email later and saw the bills.
