A family member has an Apple Watch with their own cellular number with Verizon and can use it to make calls without owning an iPhone. It is set up with my cellular plan. Is it possible for this person to download songs from Apple Music onto their watch so that they can listen to songs with their

Apple air pod pros? This person does have their own Apple ID and I have set up family sharing. We also own an iMac but not an iPad.
