Responsive touchscreen

I have an iPad Pro and it’s worked flawlessly. Now the touchscreen will not respond to touch or my Apple Pencil even after a hard reboot. What else can I do? Help!

Hi Floridatransplant1960, thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities.


It seems you have tried to resolve your issue through a restart of your iPad and sometimes that is the best method for resolving a lot of problems as per the following link.

However, because this did not work and it is also unresponsive to your Apple Pencil, can I suggest you contact Apple Support.
