Safari Toolbar displays image

Hi!

Today I took a screenshot of my favorites to remember them if I switch to a new browser. But I accidentally dragged it to Safari and a small portion of the image was on the Toolbar. It only appears on the Start Page. It is normal besides that.

It doesn't really bother me but I would appreciate any help.

Thanks.

Honestly, I've no idea how did you accidentally set a Safari background. It sounds a curious bug to me.

Anyway, have you tried to simply quit and restart Safari?

Or to switch temporarily from Compact to Separate (or the other way around) in the Safari's Preferences... -> Tabs -> Tab layout?

Or, still, check/uncheck temporarily Show color in Compact Tab Bar in Safari's Preferences... -> Advanced -> Accessibility?
