I lost my iphone and file a claim but later i found my iphone but when i tried to use it that says theres problem with this iphone its reported as lost or stolen
i m not sure what to do now does apple able to unlock it or AIG will help

Return it to the AIG (The insurance agents). It is not your iPhone anymore after you have claimed with AIG.
But I didn’t recieved replacement device yet and if i cancel that claim and ask them to unlock it?
Insurance companies are notorious for having confusing and complex procedures. I suspect that no one there has any authority to release the phone that now officially belongs to them.
