MacBook Pro 14inch 2021, mac OS Monterey 12.1

Dear Apple,


Few days ago, I bought a MacBook Pro 14inch 2021 spending over 3000euro.


I am very disappointed as in this computer basic the futures are not working. I have spent a lot of hours trying to find solution to the problems with no results.


The main problems are:

  1. Spotlight search is not finding any results from my files.
  2. Outlook search is not working.


At first stage I migrate my data from my old iMac to the new MBpro and nothing from the above worked.

After I have formatted and reinstalled the software and set up the whole computer with no result.


I need your assistance as at this time I have nothing but a useless computer.

I solved the problems.


I have formatted and re-installed MacOS Monterey and Spotlight worked this time.


Reference to Outlook I installed the preview Outlook version 16.57 with classic Outlook (not the new with the button).
