Battery drains while charging.

My phone is draining instead of charging, it is stopping at 40 and 60 percent then it starts draining. ImThe OBC feature is a real problem here, Apple should remove this feature or atleast have the option to turn it off for real, this is completely useless to users who use their phone frequently and need to charge at anytime. Why would I need to get home for my phone to charge!? I have it only for 6months and i’m starting to regret getting an iphone because of this problem.

Since your device is still covered by warranty, I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.

Online:--> Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple;
Contacting a local Apple Store or AASP among the list provided above;
Using the "Apple Store" app, available and downloadable from AppStore.
