iPhone 12 mini touchscreen still doesn't respond after reboot

After working fine for a couple days, my iPhone 12 mini screen no longer responds to touch. I've tried rebooting (quick press volume up, quick press volume down, hold side key until apple logo appears), but screen still doesn't respond to touch. Only change I can see after reboot is camera icon is now gray. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
