You cannot transfer music from an iPod to another player, not even an Apple one.

Where is the music now; is it only on your iPod, or is it in your iTunes Library? If it's in your iTunes Library (and therefore on your computer), use Windows Explorer to copy the music from your computer to the Sandisk player.

You should consult the instructions for the Sandisk player. Although it is referred to as an MP3 player, many modern players will play other audio formats, including Apple's m4a format (also known as AAC).

Dependant upon the previous question I asked about the whereabouts of your music, it's not a forgone conclusion that any of the music in your iTunes Library (and therefore on your iPod) will need to be converted.
