I keep getting "Cellular Update Failed" on my Watch 5 running Watch OS 8.3.

This comes up at random times, sometimes several times per day. Clicking on the "Learn More" button does nothing but clear the message. This does not appear to actually affect my ability to make calls from my watch or receive notifications on my watch (app notifications, SMS texts, etc.). How do I clear this message so it stops coming up?

Watch 5: Watch OS 8.3

iPhone 12 Pro Max: iOS 15.2
