Car Hands free system in use with IPhone 12

My I phone 12 can’t get set to higher volume, when in use within my car hands free kit (Volvo CC40) . The present volume is very low and doesn’t allow a useful phone communication while driving!

Controlling the volume in car when using CarPlay I enjoy using CarPlay mostly for map directions using the Apple Map app on my iPhone 12. But, I am not able to adjust the volume of the audio from the app giving directions. It is almost impossible to hear the directions. Adjusting the audio volume using he volume controls in the car makes no difference and adjusting the volume on my iPhone also makes no difference. I must be missing something! Can anyone help?

iPhone Problem with my 2019 Chevy Silverado I link my iPhone Xr to the audio system in my truck so I can take and make calls. It's worked fine for 2 years, but now something's wrong: I can barely hear the other person even with the volume maxed on the truck's audio and my phone's. As a consequence, I can't use my phone in my truck. Could there be some function of my phone that's is either off or on that's causing it? I've checked all the app settings in my truck and there's nothing obvious that's wrong (like a setting). Thanks for your help.

Low volume when calling in car, normal volume music Since my update to iOS 16, the volume in my car when calling is very low. When I play some music the volume is normal. I tried everything, resetting the phone, delete it, reconnect it, hit all the volume buttons the universe has to offer but nothing seems to work. Is this an iOS 16 bug or am I missing something. Thanks for any help.

If that’s not getting you the volume you like, check your car’s manual for other option about adjusting the audio over the car stereo as well. If you still have issues, let us know if this connect via a cable or over Bluetooth.
