AirPod pros connectivity issue

My brand new airpod pros work just fine when I’m using one at a time, but when I put both in they start glitching the audio and switching in and out of noise cancelling mode and off mode before the left one cuts out and disconnects.

  1. Go to: Settings
  2. Tap: General
  3. Tap: Accessibility
  4. Scroll Down: to Hearing
  5. Adjust: the audio volume balance
