So my iPhone is stuck on the restore screen and I’m not able to access a computer for iTunes to try and fix it so what else can I do ?
How can I get ride of the restore screen and be able to use my iPhone again

Ask a friend who has a computer if you can use theirs or go to an Apple store and use one of theirs to restore it.
