Won’t let me update because I’m not connected to internet when I am

Fixing Services:

If service is down, then contact your Carrier, as they are the one who provide you with the service of Cellular.

I am getting the same error message. My internet service is working properly and I am connected. I get about halfway through the "Install" and it stops and tells me to connect. There has been no break in my internet service.

When you say "internet", I'm assuming you mean wifi. Your iPhone will not install an update using cellular data. Be sure your wifi signal is strong and without interruptions.
