Hi, I’m making a new template for my company’s keynote presentations. And I would like the headlines on some of the slides to have one of the letters in a different color from the others (ex. White text but the second letter is always red) Is there any way to do this as a template? Or do I need to get them to change that manually every time?

In Slide Layout View, click and drag over the required text to select it, and change the colour to red:
You should create a Keynote Theme:
Open a blank presentation in Keynote using the blank Layout
go to: View > Edit Slide Layout
add a text box and select the colour and size of the text then position the text box
click on Done
Go to: File > Save Theme

Your question was: "Is there any way to do this as a template?", so what exactly is the problem?
