I'm confused by the comments in this thread. Doesn't Microsoft sell Windows ARM to everyone?
Microsoft currently does not sell Windows for ARM
You can follow the progress of Asahi linux https://asahilinux.org/. It's still in early stage and lack of support for many hardware features, but the CPU performance is amazing!
You can run WIN10 or 11 on your M1 with Parallels, see the above YouTube channel for howto details and optimising.

Parallels is not boot camp! It does not run at the hardware level. We know about Parallels and it's not the same thing.
I've been running dual-boot Linux on every Intel Mac I've ever owned.
