my original apple iphone 13 cover was faulty when i opened it and the retail shop in Cyprus will not exchange it as they say it was sealed and i broke the seal to open it (obviously) there is a very sharp nick in the plastic around the camera.
I would like to contact apple about this directly as the phone cover cost me €50 and i believe it to be faulty, however apple doesnt have a contact section for accessories, just digital products. Please advised as i am very displeased and the retail shop (my new phone provider) is avoiding any sort of responsibility even though i returned the item to the shop 1hr after its purchase and at that point had not even used my new i phone 13 as my new provider had not managed to connect my new phone to their network.
