iphone choises when i use speaker

why are there now choices when i use my speaker button on my iphone. i have read the other questions and answers and they are not relevant. i DO NOT HAVE ANY DEVICES CONNECTED TO MY IPHONE VIA BLUETOOTH. NONE!!! and since this is your reason for this happening, you are incorrect. please actually come up with a valid reason why this is happening. As one of the people requesting assistance stated, why would one of the options be to use my iphone. if i wanted to use my iphone i wouldnt have hit the speaker button. and since those are the only two options available what is the point. if there are other devices connected and they want to know which one i want to use, why arent they listed???? what is the point??????? please answer with an actual correct response instead of guessing.
