Lock screen during a video call
Hi, why my screen will lock out during a video call even if I did not open any other apps and still on the video call apps?

We see you're having an issue with your iPhone's screen while on a video call, and we'd be happy to help.
When you note the screen is locked, is it shutting off the display and locking the device?
Are you pushing the side button on the right of the device? If so, that could cause what you're experiencing.
Similarly, if you're using a case on the device, try removing it to see if it helps with the inadvertent locking of the display.
