I placed and order on apple online store and I did not received even that in the order was marked as delivered, Ive calling them and calling and they just tell me, go to law enforcement, even when in the shipping polices they say that until the package its not delivered it's their responsibility, they said that the package seem to be delivered correctly. I'm crying just losing my money 😭😭😭😭
Sorry for the experience. Porch thieves are everywhere. I do not order much online but I would have anything delivered to a physical store (UPS or FedEx or Apple Store) requiring me to present proof before they handed it over.
I never received my iPhone and apple doesnt take responsibility
