How can i make a genius playlist direct from my iphone ? i have sync turned off.

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities. We understand that you'd like to know if you can create Genius Playlists on an iPhone.
The short answer is no. That feature is available on Mac and PC. However, Apple Music on your iPhone uses the Listen Now tab to suggest and curate playlists based on what you listen to:
