Power beats wireless pro not charging when in case

My headphones are in the case but not charging. How do I fix this? I cleaned the contact points and made sure they seated down in all the way with and without the lid closed.

Powerbeats pro left earbud doesn’t charge reliably in case I’ve gone through two different Powerbeats pros. Both of them have issues with the left earbud not charging inside the case. Often times, as soon as I close the charging case the left earbud unseats from the charging contact points. I’ve made sure that both headphones are properly seated before the case is closed. how can I resolve this problem. I’ve already tried resetting the case on both sets of headphones.

powerbeats pro only charging to 98% when case is closed My Brand new PowerBeats Pro only charge to 98% when in the case with the lid closed (even after being in there overnight with 90%+ charge in the case or the case is plugged in). If I open the case and let them sit for a minute or two they top up to 100%. This has happened numerous times. I know it isn't due to them not being in contact with the charging ports because when I put them in they've been way less than 70% and they charge up to the 98% but no more. So if contact were the issue this would't happen (and they've been on a desk overnight when placed in the charging case so movement isn't the issue). I've already reset them and that didn't resolve the issue either. This obviously isn't a major problem but they are brand new now, what happens in a few months or more when they are no longer new?

Beats pro headphones left headphone won’t hold charge So I’ve scoured the questions and this is somewhat different- my left earbud of my beats pros WONT hold a charge. ill charge overnight in the case, I’ll check to see the left and right are both charging by checking the percentage on my phone. The next day I unplug the case and the headphones and leave it next to my exercise bike. When I get home to workout the left earbud is at 0%!!! How can this be!? They just charged at night. They weren’t even touched throughout the day. What is going on? I’ve only had these for about 6 months and super disappointed. I bought these becusse I was having an issue with my old beats not holding a charge and always being dead when I go to use them (but they were 6 years old!)
