iCloud Drive - Family Sharing problem

Hi,


I we have a Family Sharing enabled and also purchased 2 TB of storage several years ago.

The problem is that 5 of us (including me) can use the 2 TB with no problem, however, my daughter can see only 5 GB. I have notice that today when she receives mail that she has 85% of the 5 GB full.


She can use all other Family Sharing features (Apple TV, Apple Music, Arcade, etc), but not the storage.


Any idea what might be wrong?
