iPhone 13 mini ver 15.2 Caller ID doesn't show up on car

My description describes my problem. I got the iPhone in Nov '21 and updated the O/S. I have Verizon and they stopped and restarted my Caller ID function. I emailed Nissan off the Bluetooth support page regarding my 2013 Maxima with mid-priced radio option (there are 3 radios available), but no reply yet. Verizon said they would also contact Nissan. I have Caller ID on the phone for everyone in my contact list, but no others. I only get phone numbers show on my Maxima's screen when a call comes in to me while driving. I removed my old phone from the Maxima's memory in Bluetooth, but did nothing to the stored phonebook. I was thinking I might have to remove that too and then reinstall the iPhone. I also changed an iPhone setting to use 5G always instead of automatically. If that setting doesn't change anything I will try using the LTE setting. I don't know what will happen to my phone reception should I change away from 5G.
