iphone 11 pairing problem

After several years of problem free iphone 11 communications in my 2011 Chevy Camaro, my vehicle suddenly stopped recognizing incoming cell phone calls. If I set the vehicle system up to find my iphone, it just searches and never sees it. I'm convinced something changed with the Camaro but can't nail it down.

I should note the Camaro was involved in the 2G shutdown that occurred around the end of December 2022. It impacted my On-Star capability, but I was told there would be no impact to Bluetooth Connectivity. The car system is no longer recognizing the iphone 11. Not sure where to look for the problem.
