I have a word doc where I want to embed a pdf as an object. when I try to do it it inserts the whole document not the object icon of it
Sorry, but it is still their product, so you need to talk to them. Chances are slim to none that someone here is running it and having the exact same proboem.
The phone kept on hanging up-then the cus Service person would call back and tried to help but I asked to be transferred to Mac support -an advisor (not Mac) came on and told me 3x to resubmit the request on line again-then after I said a repeat of what just happened will happen again -she said she personally would stay on the line and transfer we we're disconnected and she didn't call back so I am frustrated
What did Microsoft support say when you asked them?
