Battery performance issue
I am using iphone 8 plus ,my phone battery gets drained even it is not in use that is during night
Before I sleep it will be 60% by the time I woke up battery gets drained and phone get switched off

That percentage is pretty close to needing a replacement. I would make an appointment at an Apple store and ask them to test the battery.
Also, if you're in a colder climate, the phone may discharge more quickly if the room is colder.
